At TWICE Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred shipping method with tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
