When will my order ship?

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items or shipping address. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all inclusions (photocards, posters, etc.) intact.

Are the albums counted on Hanteo and Gaon charts?

Yes, all album sales made through the TWICE Official Store are officially counted toward the Hanteo and Circle (formerly Gaon) charts.
